Podiatry

Podiatry (or chiropody, as it’s more commonly known) is a branch of medicine that focuses on treating conditions that affect the feet and ankles.

As well as being able to provide treatment on-site, our podiatrist will be able to give advice to staff on how to properly look after their feet and how they can treat and prevent minor ailments affecting the skin and nails at home.

Your feet literally carry you through the day so it’s important that you keep them healthy. Staff who spend a lot of time on their feet, either walking or standing, are most at risk of suffering from injuries or conditions that affect them. Workplace podiatry can help to prevent problems from occurring by promoting foot health in the workplace, checking feet for existing conditions, advising on care and ensuring staff are wearing footwear that is supportive and won’t aggravate existing injuries.

Your feet are always in safe hands with us. Our podiatrists have extensive experience in treating a wide range of conditions and ailments whilst working within the NHS and practicing privately.
